Currently this book is only available in "e-book" format on CD-ROM. The book was translated from MS Word files to Adobe Acrobat pdf files with Adobe Acrobat 5.0. Adobe Acrobat reader is included on each CD-ROM. It is simple to use and you can run it from your CD drive (ie, you don’t have to install it on your PC).

This e-book will be published in several basic CD-ROM speeds: 2X, 4X and 16X and 24X. These speeds correspond to the age of your PC (system specifications of your PC). In general, the older your PC, the slower your CD-ROM will be. If you are not sure which speed you need then write 2X in the column on the order form by the unit price. We have masters for each of these speeds. Note: Currently 2X is the slowest CD-ROM speed available.
